The Monarch Monitoring Project is a long-term study on monarch migration through Cape May, NJ. It is a part of the New Jersey Audubon Research Department, and closely affiliated with the Cape May Bird Observatory.
Monarch numbers continue to increase: 32 counted on the 3 pm census today. We're definitely seeing the greatest number of monarchs of 2015 thus far. With luck the numbers will continue to grow tomorrow.
